The effect of cottonseed dephenolization was as follows:

The temperature, time, amount of solvent, concentration of solvent, moisture content and powder degree all have different effects on the dephenolization effect. The results show that the optimum conditions are as follows: dephenolization time is 80 ~ 100 min, solvent input ratio of material to liquid is 1:5, dephenolization temperature (vapor phase temperature) is not higher than 45 ℃, moisture content is less than 4.5%, powder degree is less than 8%, and methanol purity is 93% ~ 95%. Under these conditions, the gossypol content is less than 400 mg / kg, and the alcohol denaturation of protein can be effectively controlled. The measured alcohol denaturation is between 5% ~ 12%.
